Excellent location and wonderful host

We were staying a few days visiting the Everglades and this condo was exactly what we needed. The host was wonderful, very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

Perfect place

Stayed there for the weekend, perfect place for our trip to nascar. 2 bedrooms, washer dryer, air fryer, cool lighting, comfy couch and bed, 2 bathroowms, very clean. Nice, informative host. Would stay there again.

The apartment was nice and the location was good too, the only issue is that the bathrooms are a bit old and the toilets have a water leak problems

Miami trip

Property Manager was super helpful and responsive, very much appreciated. Place was great for two couples with lots of space. Location close to many shops, stores and restaurants and exits to the major interstates. Property was nice and quiet:)

This was the perfect place for my husband and I while visiting some friends in Miami. We were glad to be able to bring our dogs. Communication with the host was excellent. The only things that I would recommend would be to have k cups for the Keurig and laundry detergent.

Good basic lodging

This condo was inexpensively priced for basic accommodations. Everything was spotlessly clean, there was good communication with the manager. The beds were comfortable, the linens and pillows were just OK. The kitchen had only the very basics. The décor was old and tired but again, everything you need, just not fancy. The foosball table was fun. Finding a parking space near the unit was easy. If you are just looking for a basic, inexpensive place to sleep at night with kitchen facilities this is a good place.

El acceso fue muy sencillo, la propiedad está bien en general. Recomiendo incluir una cafetera tradicional o filtro y pailas pequeñas y reparar el extractor de humo. El contacto con el host fue siempre oportuno y amigable.

Die Wohnung ist total abgewohnt und bedarf einer gründlichen Sanierung! Außerdem ist die Ausstattung, gerade was die Küche angeht, eher dürftig. Hatten somit Schwierigkeiten ein Essen für 3 Personen zuzubereiten. Weiterhin ist die Klimaanlage sehr laut, somit mussten wir sie vor dem Zubettgehen ausschalten. Positiv ist aber der Vermieter hervorzuheben, welcher jederzeit erreichbar war und sich umgehend um unsere Anliegen kümmerte und wirklich versuchte uns zufriedenzustellen. Trotzdem würde ich das Apartment, aufgrund des heruntergekommenden Zustandes nicht weiterempfehlen.
