Thank you to our host David for his timely communication ahead and during our visit.The property was accurately described and comfortable for our stay. Lots of space for us to spread out, a full kitchen, family room, dining room and the bedrooms.We appreciated the reasonable pricing, given how expensive hotels can be in and around the city. It was also very nice to have free street parking available to come and go as we pleased. We even walked a nearby brewery and restaurant during our couple of days in the Logan Square neighborhood.

This was a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood! We had all we needed for our stay. David answered all my questions and was there to help with anything I needed. In walking distance to some places to eat. I loved Chicago and look forward to visiting again. Loved that each room had a TV as we had 3 adults and 2 teens.

Overall it was a nice and clean unit. We had a little hiccup with getting in the unit, but it was resolved fairly quickly. David was a great host and we loved the free K-cups for our morning coffee. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. Check out was a breeze as there was nothing to do but leave. Easiest checkout ever. No trash to take out or dishes to do.

We had a great stay at David’s place! He had excellent communication. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of clean, folded towels available. Coffee shop down the street in walking distance was great! No issue finding parking spots on the street. Would definitely recommend!
