The house was cute, parking is street parallel parking and was tricky at times. The beds were very firm and there was no book/explanation of what to do for checking out or house explanations but it was clean- cute- had everything we needed and perfect for our long weekend of exploring in Chicago! We would stay again!

We had a great stay at David’s place! He had excellent communication. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of clean, folded towels available. Coffee shop down the street in walking distance was great! No issue finding parking spots on the street. Would definitely recommend!

A nice stay at a great place

We were very pleased with this rental. The rooms were larger than they seemed from the photos, and it was a great place to relax after spending the day in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a nice café a few blocks away that we went to twice for breakfast.
