Every apartment in this 7000 sq ft house has a Victorian charm . Our guests will have a separate apt on the second floor . They will enjoy a luxurious fully equipped living space, friendly host , and comfortable setting. It is a peaceful retreat where you will recharge your inner batteries and regain a full body balance. . Do not miss an opportunity to enjoy this wonderful place. Your place includes a living room, a full kitchen, full bathroom with bathtub and shower option, a bedroom with reading and working on a desk sitting areas. There is a separate room as a laundry room outside ( shared ) Kitchen has a microwave,and big oven stove; bathroom has tile floor.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pans and utensils for all occasions, coffee machines and hot water pots. Bathroom has plenty of fluffy towels, soups, and shampoo.The whole idea of this place is to make our guests completely feel at home away from home. We believe we are were very close to achieving this goal!!!! Come to “ Easy living “ and experience new type of traveling!We look forward to seeing you soon!

An excellent place to stay. This is a historic home, but this apartment is beautifully updated with all you need. Just a few blocks from the waterfront district. I stayed here by myself and felt safe.

The listing mentioned the queen bed in the bedroom as well as a double sofa, bed and the living area. This was inaccurate. It has since been changed to reflect that the sofa in the living room is not actually a bed. Unfortunately, it was too late for us when we arrived there last night, and my 18 year old daughter tried to sleep on the springs of the sofa. Which we tried to convert into a bed with extra blankets. The back cushions of the sofa are not removable so it is really not a pleasant option. If we had not been counting on the two beds as advertised in the listing, the property would have been otherwise fine. Just a heads up, there are plug-in room deodorizers in a couple of spots that I was sensitive to, but just unplugged them and it dissipated.

Charming neighborhood, perfectly located

This apartment is so comfy and charming with lots of character. It’s tucked away into a historic neighborhood on a classic brick street with beautiful old trees. It’s a very short walk to excellent dining and shopping as well as the Riverwalk. This was the perfect spot for a weekend couple’s getaway. The hostess was absolutely wonderful as well, loved our stay!

Natasha was very accommodating . We had unusual events and stress with a child withdrawing from college. Everything went well and my daughter enjoyed to fact that they could just walk to town for dinner and treats. Thanks and would recommend.

We were supposed to stay in a different apt with a fireplace in the bedroom, but the previous guest decided to stay an extra night or 2 - we still got a great apt - just wish it had the fireplace we were looking for - over all VERY nice place. Driveway and parking was a little snug but we made it work - Would love to stay there another time in the future - we will just drive our smaller vehicle instead- found Natasha to be a delight

Beautiful apartment+cozy part of town

It was a absolutely beautiful space! Perfect for two!!! Perfectly located to walk to downtown but yet far enough away you didn’t get bothered by late night down town noise. However don’t drive a large vehicle. Driveway is tight and requires a very attentive driver. If you don’t mind parking in the street don’t worry about vehicle size! Property owner was amazing friendly and helpful!!! We will be back 10-10
