The apartment 1 for 2 people has winter garden together 80 sqm. It is divided into living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with sink, toilet, urinal and shower, complete with laundry. Through the living room leads to the conservatory and the common garden. The actual access to the apartment 1 is through the kitchen.
