A security deposit is required and refunded within 2 business days after checkout.

PROPERTY RULES

After parties and pets are strictly prohibited.

Sitting on the infinity pool edge or entering indoor areas with wet clothing is not allowed.

For parties, events, or gatherings, it is mandatory to inform beforehand if the pool will be used.

A dedicated staff member must be hired to monitor the pool.

Maximum capacity: 10 people in the pool at the same time.

Access to the condominium is permitted only via Uber, taxi, or similar transportation services.

Generator use is allowed only with prior written authorization from the owner and must remain inside the garage.

Maximum overnight stay capacity: 12 guests, including children.
