Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of rooms and enjoyed the layout of the home. Kitchen was large enough to prepare some breakfasts for all of the family members. It was close to our reunion picnic so location was great. We enjoyed our stay

Great for large group!

Dan was a great host and very accommodating. A group of 8 of us traveled for a weekend golf trip and this place was perfect for us. PLENTY of beds and nearly all of us got our own room. Air conditioning was nice for the summer!

Spacious and bright

The place was plenty big and had so many rooms so all of the atjletes on Team B*REAL had their own space. We loved the huge island in the kitchen and open space to hang out together.

Excellent Property

The house was exactly as advertised; a very large home in a great neighborhood; perfect for large groups. We rented the home for extended family and out of town friends who traveled to Long Island for my daughter's wedding and it was absolutely perfect; clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner, both before and during the stay could not have been better. HIGHLY recommend this property!!

The house was as advertised and the owner was very helpful. There’s plenty of room for a large family get together, including a large kitchen and a sizable living room. There’s a very nice beach at a nearby state park that costs 10 for parking. But it’s too far to walk, and any walking near the house is problematic given the lack of sidewalks and the speed of the traffic around the curvy streets. We didn’t use the ping pong table because there was no net (it also was quite small).

Pros: Clean & comfortable. Plenty of room to spred out. Good for large groups. Nice kitchen. Close to attractions.Cons: Not a walkable neighborhood. The driveway was difficult to navigate & had space for only 2 cars despite the fact that the house can host 10 people. Not likely that 10 people come in only 2 cars. The host recommends other cars park in a strip mall 1.5 miles away. Not very practical. Upon arrival, the smell of the cleaning product used was overpowering. The stove needs updating. 3 of the bedrooms are in the basement and share a very small bathroom.

Okay place to stay.

Exterior: generally ignored. Driveway too small and difficult to navigate. Too many steps to access front door.Interior: very spacious; very clean; lots of beds and bedrooms; beautiful kitchen; several full bathrooms; on a chilly day, took too long to warm up; no clothes washer or dryer—-had to take laundry out; numbers rubbed off oven dials—- unreadable, making oven unusable.Overall rating “good” on positive points; no better because of downsides. Would probably not return unless I needed all those bedrooms
