The GAMEROOM - Bring the whole family to this great home w/lots of room for fun. Located in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood just a few blocks from campus. The Gameroom has everything you will need while visiting the University. 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths. Luxury mattresses, pillow & sheets ensure a great night of sleep. Plush towels & washcloths will make you want to come back again! 2 pull out couches, Xbox, darts, ping pong table, cornhole and fire pit make this your home away from home! Pets now allowed (up to 2) for an additional $30 nightly fee.

Great house

Great house! Clean and spacious house that offers all the amenities that you will need. I Love the neighborhood and this house is near OU campus. We will definitely book here again when we come back to Oklahoma.

Wish I found this one earlier!

We were in Norman moving daughter home from college after graduation and stayed at the Gameroom. This was easily the cleanest, best maintained house and property of all that we have rented in our many stays in Norman. The ping pong table and Xbox were a hit with my 18yo son and the beds were so comfortable!

Close to campus, great backyard

We loved staying here! Check in & out was easy, the bed was very cozy with nice linens, bathrooms well stocked with towels & toiletries. The gameroom was fun, living room was very comfortable, good nice dining room table. Our favorite spot was the backyard! We had perfect weather during our visit & spent most of our time in the backyard when we were at the house. We would definitely stay here again!

This home had everything we needed! We were in town for OU softball, and the location was excellent! The host was very responsive and the home was well stocked. We will be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the gameroom. Large, comfortable property in a nice neighborhood close to campus. Loved the gameroom and thoughtful amenities - including a chilled bottle of sparkly when we checked in.

A great place to stay

We love staying at the Gameroom. This was our 2nd opportunity to stay there and both times were great. It is very clean, well equipped, spacious and the house has a nice character about it. Nathan is a great host and was very easy to reach with any questions we had.

Great location for graduation

this house was a great location for Graduation at OU. Very walkable to campus and ceremonies that we had to attend. The only negative was that one of the showers was not really usable because the water leaked out of the the pipe before the shower head. Also, the house was a bit of an eyesore. The grass was about a foot long. We wanted to have an outdoor picnic but because the grass was so long, we had to stick to the patio only. The grass was finally mowed the day before we left (a little too late tor the picnic). I would stay there again- I did notify the host of the shower issue so hopefully that will get fixed.

OU Graduation Weekend

We stayed here with family for my wife's graduation from OU. The location of the place was perfect for exploring the campus and area. Host was very responsive to emails and needs. Great space in the house and backyard to visit with family.

Short work stay.

Property has a great location close to campus and easy parking. Floor was damaged in spots, cracks in walls, ping pong table was in really rough shape. Overall the property was comfortable and well located but lacked some of the basic ammenities that are typically provided in most properties, such as toiletries and other essentials

Why they chose this property

This is a wonderful home, and it is very close to campus. Just a few blocks away, and about a 15 minute walk to the football stadium. This is the perfect location and home if you are visiting friends and family at the University of Oklahoma. Boomer Sooner!

What makes this property unique

This house is quite large and has a gameroom with darts, ping pong, Xbox, cornhole, and even has a firepit with outdoor furniture. The back yard is fenced in and huge, so you will love having a great place for both the kids and adults to hang out and relax.
