Modern, bright apartment (60 m²) for non-smokers in the center of Speyer with balcony. 10 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone, 10 minutes walk to the administrative college, easy access to the B9. Children and dogs welcome.

Apartment Wild:
The apartment has a modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee machine, coffee filters, spices, vinegar / oil, salt / pepper available. The living room is equipped with a TV and (built-in) DVD player. The bathroom has a washing machine and a hair dryer. The apartment can be used by a sofa bed of 4 persons. Upon request, a children's high chair, changing table or baby bath is provided. A cot is available for a surcharge.

Der freundliche Kontakt und Umgang mit der Vermieterin war schon einladend. Die Fewo hatte alles was benötigt wird und das Herz begehrte. Das Auto konnte gebührenfrei vor dem Wohnhaus in der Straße geparkt werden. Fußläufig konnte man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden.Sehr zu empfehlen.Herne wieder.HG

Grosse Wonung mit kompletter Ausstattung, Umgebung eher trist...das Bett mit einer sehr schlechten Matratze ausgestattet...ein 140cm Bett ist nicht für 2 Personen ausgerichtet.Die Fußböden waren leider sehr staubig....auf Socken konnte man nicht durch die Wohnung gehen...ohne staubige Socken zu haben...die Schwämme in der Küche waren nicht neu und deutlich sichtbar benutzt.Due Wohnung hat einen eigenartigen Eigengeruch....
