Great location with easy parking

We were staying in Seattle just one night for a concert at T-Mobile park. Great place if you mostly need a bed & a bathroom. We didn’t have a chance to use the common room areas but they were clean & beautifully furnished! There was a Nescafé in the room so no need to run out for coffee. Overall a 5 star stay🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Host will request additional fees outside VRBO

I highly recommend avoiding this listing and the others at this property. The host sent multiple emails requesting additional fees outside of VRBO. The first fee was an additional cleaning fee outside of what was already paid when initially booking the listing. A second maintenance fee was then requested before the host would release vital housing information just outside a week of when I was supposed to arrive. I contacted VRBO customer support who stated the the host, Vince, could withhold check-in information if I did not pay these additional fees, even though the fees were not within VRBOs policies. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere to avoid the annoying emails from Vince continually asking for more money.
