Our house with approximately 65 m², comfortable and lovingly furnished apartment in the basement is located in a quiet residential area at the edge of a forest at the end of a dead end. The city center is only about 5 minutes. The separate entrance leads to the hallway, from where a separate bedroom, a shower room and the living room with kitchenette and dining area are distributed. Kilometers of walking and hiking trails start almost directly at the house. You can also find cycle paths or take the train to Euskirchen, Cologne, Bonn, Aachen or Trier.

On request, a guest bed for a child can be delivered. A separate entrance from outside leads into the hallway; from there, there is a bedroom, a shower room and a living room with kitchenette and dining area. The apartment is designed barrier-free, so you can move easily. The south-facing terrace in the entrance offers a cozy place to stay and a beautiful view of the garden. This is also used by us privately, but offers enough space and privacy for all. The apartment has its own parking lot at the house.
