Beds for 16, roof top porch with gas fire pit, 2 living rooms with a side covered porch. Parking on site-4 spaces. Newly built in 2022 with everything you need for a comfortable stay with the hosts living next door to make sure of it!!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Before you leave, please put all used towels and washcloths in the laundry room on the first floor. You can just make a pile of them on the floor.
Remove the fitted sheet, top sheet, and pillow cases from each bed that was used and put them in a pile at the foot of the bed that it came from. Leave the mattress covers and comforters on the beds.
Gather all trash from the bathrooms and kitchen and take it to the outside trash can.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets have a fee of $200 per stay and must be housebroken.
Park only in 4 designated spaces. More spaces may be purchased depending on availability.
No parties or events. Only 20 people allowed. Noise restrictions strictly enforced after 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends.
