Perfect spot for a mini vacation. 5 minutes walk to everything that Scottsdale old town offers.
This 2002 building has plenty of room with high ceilings and over 1,000 sq feet of space. Two bedrooms with a comfy king size bed and queen bed,the couch converts into a queen size bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, pans, dishes,everything you need for great dinner at home. 58ā€large screen television with Netflix and Amazon Prime in the family room. New fridge,washer and dryer. Reserved covered carport behind the unit and usually plenty of parking in front.Community pool with Key entry, grill and dining area along the pool side.

Wonderfully walkable to all the highlights of Old Scottsdale! Loved access to art, restaurants, spring training and the theater. Driving into Phoenix for the Heard Museum and a theater experience was very easy and great fun.

The location is great! It's close to shopping, grocery stores, amazing sight seeing, freeways, and if you want to walk you can get to a quite a few restaurants in minutes. The VRBO was cleaned immaculately and had all we needed for our 3 night stay. We had a minor hiccup with the pool key but the Host responded immediately and drove a key over. We enjoyed our stay!

When arriving at the property it was cleaned after previous tenant. Bathrooms were not stocked with soap. Toilet in mater bath ran all the time. Couch had stains. Towels were terrible. Property not maintained well.
