Apartment Leitinger - apartment / apartment, shower, toilet, 3 bedrooms

Our house is located in the district Gumping, on the outskirts of Lofer. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet environment. In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes directly by the house. The ski bus can be reached in a few minutes (2 minutes). In summer they have a beautiful view of the Loferer Steinberge. Excellent location for cycling or hiking tours. The apartment was newly built and completed in July 2019. 

Apartment, shower, toilet, 3 bedrooms:
The 127m2 large and completely new apartment boasts a very comfortable and modern facilities. Oak parquet floors, very high, light-filled rooms and a lovingly selected high-quality furnishings create the unique flair. A large and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, kettle, extractor fan) forms the center of the apartment. A large table offers space for about 10 people. A living room with large couch and TV, a total of 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom (shower / WC), one with two single beds and one with a French bed (140cm width), another bathroom with shower, an extra toilet.
