This is a Two-story pool home. Your home away from home. It is a 3 bed 2.5 bath. It has a cozy living area with a smart TV. There is another area with a fireplace to sit along with a selfie wall! The dinning table is large enough to fit all guests. You will be centrally located between the 15 and 215 freeway. Great and safe neighborhood with a park, shops and restaurants all less than a mile radius. **PETS may be considered upon request for an additional fee***

Very clean, very convenient to travel. The pool was amazing as well. The house was perfect size - not too big or small. Perfect for my solo trip, but would definitely consider to book again with a group of friends. Owner was very attentive.

The dogs next door could be a bit obnoxious when out while pool was in use. That is my only complaint. Otherwise this place is exactly what it advertised and a fantastic deal

Host was amazing ! Property lived very well. Neighbors to the right were amazing...neighbors to the left had many dogs that barked all the time...day and night...it appears they are moving and that problem will be solved. The house is a bit worn and could use some refresh but again lived well and was very comfortable. Very centrally located and easy to get to things to do with the family and to the strip. Uber drivers live in the neighborhood and pickup times were less than 5 minutes every time. Pool was great for the family. Overall an enjoyable stay !

Great stay, centrally located but needs a little TLC

Overall the boat was phenomenal in communication, checking in with you and very welcoming. Pool is phenomenal and it is central to everything we were in town for. I will say though that the place needs a little TLC. The master shower has the water coming out at 90 mph, it hurts. There are a few nails in the carpet that poked me everytime. There is not enough lighting. Could use a new bbq in the back, took me awhile to figure it out. Lawn chairs were okay, no umbrella so we did not eat or lounge outside. The sliding glass door was a pain. Garbage disposal does not work. If things were fixed and the backyard was a place I could retreat to, I would stay here again.

The house was very clean…. The reason I gave a 3 star rating was… 1) not awash clothes or hand towels to be seamen in the whole house, only one kitchen towel2) we had to tighten all the kitchen chairs before we could sit on them. They were very wobbly.3) one of the living room chairs were broken.4) all the cushions and rattan furniture outside where sun rotted.4) and the grill was a rusted mess. If I can add pictures, I will.
