This cosy apartment on the island of Čiovo is located in the popular holiday resort of Okrug Gornji, just about 150 m from the sea. The accommodation is in a well-maintained house with a total of five holiday apartments and offers an ideal location for couples seeking sun, sea, and relaxation.
The apartment on the first floor has 45 m² of living space and offers room for two people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a combined living, dining, and kitchen area with a sofa bed. From here, you can access the private balcony with a sea view, where you can comfortably have breakfast or end the evening with a glass of wine.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils. In the living area, air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi provide additional comfort. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin, bed linen and towels are provided.
The outdoor area of the house offers a garden terrace and a barbecue facility that can be used communally. A private parking space is available at the property. Pets are welcome, however, a surcharge per night is levied.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything for daily needs: A supermarket is located just 100 m away, restaurants and cafés can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The centre of Okrug Gornji is about 1 km away, the historic old town of Trogir approximately 5 km. Split Airport is only 8 km away.
The location is ideal for bathing and active holidaymakers - in the surrounding area, you can expect numerous leisure activities such as diving, windsurfing, jet skiing, kayaking, or beach volleyball. Thanks to the good connections, the apartment is also an excellent starting point for excursions to Trogir, Split, or Krka National Park.
