Feel at home at The Lake Loft. Situated on a family occupied 1 acre property, this detached garage sits behind the main residence and has a newly renovated loft that you will not want to leave! The luxurious waterfall shower will place you in relaxation mode after a day at the lake or golf course. Kitchenette has the space to store your leftovers from some of the best Texas BBQ or Tex-Mex! Just up the hill from Comal Park and Boat ramp 5 and room to park your boat (for a fee)! Permit# L1687
The lake loft is a 445 sqft and roomy oasis that is filled with every amenity you could imagine. Walk into the lower garage entry door to find a fun and entertaining recreation room with air hockey, basketball, ping pong, corn hole and giant jenga! Then take the door that leads you up the stairs to an apartment over garage, newly renovated escape. Outfitted with a queen bed, and sofa bed that has twin sized mattresses above and one that pulls out below. The neighborhood is calm, quiet and spacious with 1-5 acre lots. Downstairs boasts a community space recreation room with ping pong, air hockey, giant jenga, corn hole and basketball arcade!

Beautiful atmosphere

There were a couple of glitches to start out our short trip but communication was prompt and action was taken immediately. The atmosphere was perfect! Calm and relaxing for our Dad Daughter annual retreat. We enjoyed feeding the dear at night and the beautiful clean Canyon Lake during the day. As the day came to a wrap we played some games in our room and got to enjoy the games in garage. We definetly recommend you check it out.

The Perfect Getaway

What an incredible experience. The property is beautiful. The loft is well appointed. My boyfriend and I actually slept on the daybed. Both mattresses were comfortable for adults. Our friends shared the queen bed and said they slept well. The bathroom was clean. The downstairs "game room" was a bonus. The most incredible part were our hosts. Tiffani and her children were incredibly kind. They took time to talk with us and provide recommendations regarding favorite restaurants and things to do. They even helped my friend hold a chicken (which made her day)! We felt so welcomed. We can't wait to stay here again. I will be back with my own children as well. The loft is next to the main house, so be mindful of that. We still felt that we had plenty of privacy. Thank y'all again for sharing your property with us!
