A perfect place to stay for a Phoenix getaway

Our stay in Phoenix was amazing! This property looks just like the pictures. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything one would need for their stay! Communication was simple and quick. I reached out when we discovered that our flight had been delayed several hours and she responded quickly, even made it possible for us to stay a few more hours so we weren't stuck at the sorry all day. We look forward to booking with Bethany on our next Phoenix trip.

Weekend in Phoenix

The property was everything shown and more. I had trouble getting in initially but the onsite mgr addressed the matter super fast. Thanks, Chris. Great location and the lodgings were absolutely perfect. Love the kitchen and new cookware. Bed was comfortable and FIRM (a good thing). The only negative is the patio lights being on all night just outside the sleeping area makes sleeping a challenge. Lights out at 11 would be a huge plus.

Chris and Beth live in the front "main house" and we are just a text away if you need anything. Otherwise, you can expect privacy. No pets or assistance animals allowed (hosts are severely allergic to dogs and cats).

Why they chose this property

This is a perfect place to explore the many things to do in Phoenix, Arizona even if you don't rent a car as we are a 5 minute cab ride from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

If you are looking for world class restaurants, night clubs and sporting experiences, this is the perfect place for you. You are minutes away from the "light rail" that can take you to downtown Phoenix to see the Suns or Diamondbacks play and downtown Tempe where you can see the party scene on Mill Avenue, ASU campus, watch the Sun Devil's play football, basketball and even hockey.

You are also just a short Uber/Lyft ride to The Biltmore district for high end shopping, golfing, restaurants and walking distance to the Arcadia district where you can enjoy some of the cities hottest and trendiest restaurants.

Take a 15 minute ride to visit the famous Scottsdale Fashion Square for upscale shopping like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, etc... fine dining at Mastro's Steakhouse, Roka Akor Sushi and more. Visit Old Town Scottsdale for the raging night clubs with the hottest DJ's you always see on social media.
