Close enough to the action yet far enough away to enjoy every sunrise and sunset on full display surrounded by large agricultural fields and ample peace and quiet. The entire main floor is fully furnished with great views, covered carport, overflow parking, separate entry and independent temperature control.

Quiet time is 10pm. We live downstairs and get up early. Absolutley No pets allowed No smoking in or around the premises
The back stairs and back yard are not part of the upstairs rental unit. Please respect our space. Overall please treat our space with care, respect
If it’s Monday, please take out all trash in the house. Trash will be picked up Tuesday morning.

Why they chose this property

Living in the country has many advantages. Our closest neighbors are about a "seven iron" away from us and farther. No fences on property lines for privacy. We don't live close enough for those! And while driving down the country lanes (asphalt, not gravel), remember to wave at passers by.

There is plenty of space for car and trailer parking. Enjoy covered car port parking as well.
