Cute cabin but a few hiccups
The cabin was cute. The inside was clean but the porch had trash on it when we arrived. We went to go to bed the first night and realized the air wasnt working and they left no bedding for the sleeper sofa. We called and they said they would have someone out in 2 hours but they never came so my fiance and i ended up giving our comforter to the kids so they had something to cover up with and we just slept with a sheet to cover up with. I had to call them again the next morning again and they finally sent someone out about 4 hours later to fix the ac and bring bedding. They also brought extra towels which was great because originally there was only 3 for a cabin that sleeps 4 people. Some of the windows were missing blinds and some of them were broken. So my kids that slept on the living room sleeper sofa were scared about people looking in (theyre 8 & 9). Also i feel like it should be noted that the part of the lake these cabins are on doesnt have water year round so where our dock was was just a big mud pit. The hot tub was nice but the slab it sits on isnt level so when 2 adults get in the water just kind of spills over the side. Overall the cabin itself was nice. The service and accuracy of the listing, not so much. The lady who helped me finish up finalizing my booking before we left for the trip was very nice though.
