The place is absolutely adorable. Everything was perfect, the neighborhood was so quiet. I would stay there again when coming to Cleveland, TN. And since my daughter married a Tennessee boy, I guarantee you, I will be.

After a 14 hour drive it was wonderful to open the front door to find a beautiful spacious apartment. It looked like something straight out of Better Homes and Garden or Good Housekeeping Magazine. It smelled so clean, was bright, and wonderfully decorated. The house was pristine! My girls felt that the beds were very comfortable (twin beds) but my wife would agree that the bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The host was very responsive in the lead up to our trip and we did not need anything while there. It had a well stocked kitchen with coffee and tea available, a full Britta pitcher of water waiting for us in the refrigerator. Check-out instructions were very simple and clearly laid out. All in all, this was the BEST VRBO we ever stayed in. We will definitely return.

Conveniently located near Lee University

This place was so quaint and perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was clean, well appointed, nice and quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to Lee. Also walking distance to restaurants and a quick drive to other parts of town. Would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Weekend

This was a perfect little rental for our family of three to stay at while we were in town for a wedding. The location was convenient to restaurants and other amenities. The keyless entry made getting in and out smooth, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for a brief stay. The beds were comfortable, and the crisp white linens and soft white towels gave a feeling of sparkling cleanliness.

Wedding weekend stay

We loved our accommodations at Magnolia Charm. Our son got married this weekend, and we hosted the rehearsal dinner at Lee. The property was so convenient to Lee and it was a perfect little place to come and go for all the weekend’s events. So clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. (Master bed is on soft side for those that might desire a firmer sleep). Would definitely stay again with no hesitation.
