Heading in a new direction
The staff I met (Rueben and others) were excellent to my wife and I. The new management company seems on the verge of updating the physical space (carpets, breakfast options, etc). The only hangup was the noise from other guests in the middle of the night- there seems to be no overnight staff to help control such events.

Mattress Sucked
Room was neat except the mattress had a curve in it from overuse which led to me pulling a muscle in my back

Thin walls
Overall the property is in a good location in central Aspen. We were able to walk easily downtown to bars and restaurants. It’s an older building with older furnishings.
They offer a bare bones continental breakfast.
Check in process is simple.
We did not use the pool or hot tub.
Walls are paper thin, and if you have loud neighbors you may not sleep.
Seems to be the lodging choice for young rambunctious crowds as there was loud music coming from multiple rooms.
We did not enjoy our stay secondary to how load our neighbors were drunkenly yelling at each other at 3 am.
