To ensure a peaceful environment for our full-time neighbors in this exclusive gated community, we adhere to the following:
Occupancy: Ideal for 2 primary occupants. Occasional visitors are welcome, provided the total headcount does not exceed 4 people.
Stay Requirement: In accordance with City of Pismo Beach ordinances, a minimum stay of 30 nights is required.
Atmosphere: This home is best suited for adults seeking a quiet, serene environment; it is not recommended for children.
Amenities: For EV drivers, a Tesla charger is available for a small fee.
House Rules: This is a strictly smoke-free property (no smoking within 20 feet of the building). To keep our home pristine, we maintain a no-pet policy.
