Modern and comfortably furnished holiday homes on a fenced plot in a small, family-friendly resort with 15 houses, just 100 meters from the shores of Lake Kummerow, with a natural beach and swimming area. A highlight for younger guests is the large, newly created children's playground with sandpit, swings, rocking animals, a trampoline, a large play area, and a rabbit enclosure. Here, rabbits can be petted and fed at will.

Verchen is an extremely pretty, quiet, and romantic village. There is a fish restaurant, various snack options, a newly landscaped park, canoe and boat rentals, and a fantastic children's playground with a large pirate boat right on the lake.

Leider fehlten Antirutschmatten in der Dusche und Badewanne. Die Böden sind gefliest und glatt. Ein Handlauf fehlte beim Treppenaufgang an der Außenseite. Es ist eine erhöhte Sturzgefahr zu verzeichnen. Messer waren nicht scharf. Ansonsten war das Haus sehr sauber, etwas hellhörig. Bis auf die paar Anmerkungen war alles super. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten was vor Ort zu unternehmen z.b Wassersport. Tischtennis, Trampolin

Sommer-Urlaub

Toller See, schönes Haus mit benötigter Ausstattung. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Umgebung äußerst ruhig. Sehr gut zum radeln geeignet. Ansonsten wird immer ein Auto benötigt. Der See ist vor allem für kleine Kinder und Wassersportler super geeignet.

Schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist gut Ausgestattet mit allem was man so für seinen Urlaubsaufendhalt benötigt. Man sieht leider an vielen Stellen, dass eine Modernisierung/Reparatur notwendig ist. (Defekte Türen, Lockere Fliesen, Natürlich bewachsener Balkon) Internet via W-Lan ist vorhanden, funktioniert aber nicht besonders stabil. (D2/LTE geht gut) Betreuung wohnt direkt am Feriendorf und ist so bei allen Wünschen vom Fahrrad, Boot oder Problemen schnell erreichbar. Das persönliche Highlight wäre bei mir das Moor, dies ist aber leider ohne ein Boot nicht so einfach erreichbar. Die Fähre fährt nur von 10:00 bis 20:00 Uhr. Die nächste Gaststätte ist die Aalbaude die mit der Fähre zu erreichen ist. Im Ort gibt es noch einen kleinen Imbiss am Stand (Flammkuchen, Eis usw.), ein Café leider nur Di-Do geöffnet. Zum Einkaufen muss man leider bis nach Demmin fahren. Die Lage ist leider aufgrund der vielen geschlossen Gasthäusern und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht ganz so Urlaubsfreundlich. Die Natur macht das aber wieder gut.
