Just as described. Sitting on the balcony, the ocean is right there. Surfers, sea turtles. Relaxing.

Property is beautiful. Views are amazing. Pool on property could be bigger. Had an issue with the sliding balcony doors and management handled them right away.

Beautiful views!

Our condo was overlooking the ocean, and what a gorgeous sight. The condo was spacious and comfortable. With a few improvements, such as better beds and small appliances, it would have been 5 stars all around.

Maalea

Wonderful stay at island sands 311. We all enjoyed watching the sea turtles from the balcony and the beauty and sound of the ocean. Lovely town, we tried to hit all of the shops/cafes and take part in the excursions. Loved all of it!

The air conditioner does not cool the bedrooms and one of the beds was very noisy. There were many beetles on the balcony and small flies around the kitchen.

Lovely oceanside property and easy access to groceries and restaurants!!

Our first trip to the Island!! We celebrated our daughter's 13th birthday with grandparents!! We were greeted with a humpback whale breaching and prancing in the waters right from the patio! So many turtles basking in the evening sun on the shores!! Easy access to Kaanapali and other Prestine beaches. Overall a great property and the property management helped us to plan activities!!

Nice unit but had roaches. Not what I expected for the cost!

Aloha, Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry you found roaches in the unit — that is below our standard and not what we want for any guest, especially given the cost. After your note we had pest control and housekeeping perform a thorough treatment and deep clean, inspected for entry points, and implemented additional prevention measures to prevent recurrence. I’m sorry the stay didn’t meet your expectations. Mahalo, The My Perfect Stays Team

This unit is as good as advertised. I would stay here again. The view of the water from the balcony is worth its weight in gold. The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 was due to the patio door needing some updating or repair. We had the unfortunate timing of our stay coinciding with a large influx of what they were calling gnats due to heavy rains in the area. We had some of the gnats that got into the unit even with doors closed. I do feel this is an isolated incident and the property management company handled it very well. My compliments to them. All in all, you can stop looking for places. Book this one. It is right in the middle of everything on the island.

Aloha, Mahalo for your thoughtful review. We’re glad the unit lived up to the listing and that you enjoyed the water view and central location. We appreciate you letting us know about the patio door and we will have our team look into it. I’m sorry your stay coincided with the gnat influx, and we’re pleased our team was able to assist during your visit. Thank you for the recommendation — it means a lot. We hope you come back to Maui soon and that we will have the opportunity to be your host again! A hui hou kakou! (Until we meet again.) Mahalo, My Perfect Stays

Girlfriend stay

Lovely condo with an excellent balcony view. Was pleased to see the beach chairs. The fridge was clean amd worked well The ice tasted a bit funky, may need a filter change. Beds and pillows were very comfy Separate bedrooms and bathrooms are a must . TV worked well and a good size. I was surprised at the Separate $390 VRBO FEE on my CC , heads up!

Bugs

We were told they were spraying for insects 2 days before we arrived. The vague direction indicated we needed to be out by 9am to accomidate this. There were no other details. So we were umable to use the room for the better part of the day. Management reached out after i sent them an email. But i received no calls or reply to my email.
