Walking distance to Calumet Lake walking path and Lion's Park disc golf course.

Nice quiet neighborhood, not a thoroughfare. Three blocks from Lions Park, two blocks from Aggasiz park and Historic downtown Calumet!

What makes this property unique

This home was built by the mining companies during the time when copper was king! The neighborhood is still called Blue Jacket after the shaft where the men worked.
