Welcome to Sugar Hill, a thoroughly renovated home that is centrally located and pretty much close to everything. The kitchen boasts new appliances and a coffee station. Off of the kitchen is a screened in porch where you can spend your evenings relaxing while enjoying the privacy of a fenced in yard. The living room has a toasty wood burning fireplace for romantic evenings with 75" Smart TV. The main bathroom has a soaking tub and rain head shower. The house is equipped with wi-fi and a Bluetooth stereo.

The “Arctic Sunrise” room, boasts a king size bed with 12” memory foam mattress. There is a recliner with massage for your comfort. There is a 65” SmartTV. And an antique dresses with a antique washing bowl

The “Morning Glory” room boasts a twin-size bed with memory foam mattress. There is a 40” Smart TV. And a designated workspace. This room also has toys in the closet for your little one.

You can tell it was recently renovated, though some parts are kinda like lipstick on a pig, where as others like the shower head was phenomenal, and comfy mattress and couches. the location is convenient, but dealt with lots of unexpected overnight noise in the area.

Very neighborhood-centric location. Seemed to be centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Property was as pictured, though a bit more tired and worn. Easy to find though unmown grass and car parked behind the gate on the parking pad threw us off a bit when we arrived late at night - but a quick message to the host confirmed we were in the correct location. Weather was mild when we were there so rooms were a comfortable temperature (others have posted too warm or cold). We were a group of four adults and a pup, so didn't even use the bedroom with a single bed. Accommodations met our needs for a short two-night stay.

The house was very clean, and comfortable. Instructions for check in were no problems. The kitchen was well equipped, and the screened in porch was a plus for meals or relaxing. Also the backyard was fenced and grass mowed, so accommodated our small dog. The house was convenient to the University of Virginia, 15 minute drive or so away. Televisions were large and practically in every room, including outdoor space. Master bedroom was especially large with king size bed. Bathroom was spacious, with a tub, again a major plus. We enjoyed our stay. My husband especially enjoyed the front room recliner.

Lovely stay!

Great location

The check in and check out processes were very convenient. The house is located near a lot of main attractions, and has plenty of amenities including games, a coffee bar, an excellent shower, and comfortable beds. Susan was very responsive and friendly.

Great for a family getaway

We booked this a family vacation in the Charlottesville area. Susan is responsive, friendly, and ready to help. The location is great a short ride to downtown and an easy 20 minute drive to several wineries. They have a well stocked towels and linens closet and everything you would need in a kitchen. The back patio is also covered which is really nice. Would definitely stay there again.

We have a wood burning fireplace for a romantic night. The is a screened in patio on the back of the house and a gas grill for your convenience. The yard is fenced in. The driveway can accommodate three cars.
