Welcome to Sugar Hill, a thoroughly renovated home that is centrally located and pretty much close to everything. The kitchen boasts new appliances and a coffee station. Off of the kitchen is a screened in porch where you can spend your evenings relaxing while enjoying the privacy of a fenced in yard. The living room has a toasty wood burning fireplace for romantic evenings with 75" Smart TV. The main bathroom has a soaking tub and rain head shower. The house is equipped with wi-fi and a Bluetooth stereo.

The “Arctic Sunrise” room, boasts a king size bed with 12” memory foam mattress. There is a recliner with massage for your comfort. There is a 65” SmartTV. And an antique dresses with a antique washing bowl

The “Purple Rain” room boasts a king size bed with 12” memory foam mattress. There is a 40” Smart TV. And an antique dress with an antique washing bowl

The “Morning Glory” room boasts a twin-size bed with memory foam mattress. There is a 40” Smart TV. And a designated workspace. This room also has toys in the closet for your little one.

Sugar Hill is in a wonderful location. The bus stop is located on the corner at the top of the hill and steps away from the home, for those who do not drive. The house is Pet friendly with a screen in patio. A beautiful wood burning fireplace, with wood on the premises. New washer and dryer. New appliances. All new hardwood floors. Sugar Hill is in a wonderful location. The bus stop is located on the corner at the top of the hill and steps away from the home, for those who do not drive. Sugar Hill is 5 minutes to historic downtown mall, University and UVA hospital. 5 minutes to movie theatre. You will be located in the heart of the town.

We have a wood burning fireplace for a romantic night. The is a screened in patio on the back of the house and a gas grill for your convenience. The yard is fenced in. The driveway can accommodate three cars.
