Excellent apartment in the heart of Condesa. I loved how easy and hassle free the check in process was as my flight in was super late in the evening. The apartment has great wifi that I needed while working and it was close to restaurants, bars and multiple gyms. Area felt safer than my hometown in Canada and overall had an amazing stay. Would recommend this spot 100%.

We absolutely loved the location of this apartment. And the bed was very comfortable, which hasn’t always been our experience. And the manager was very responsive when we had an issue. Also a definite plus.

Very nice place. Clean and in a great location. Only complaint is shower was luke warm but that would not stop me from renting again. Rene was accessible at all times on the property and maintenance people were always on site. Very positive experience.

Infested with bugs (ants, silverfishes, cockroaches). If you can’t see it, it’s not clean, there is an unsafe amount of dust and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The curtains are dirty and the pillows are yellow. There is absolutely no hot water, and poor water pressure. This place made me sick by the end of the week due to the unsafe conditions of this place. DO NOT STAY HERE!

El departamento es bonito y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia larga. Durante las olas de calor se está muy caluroso en el interior pese al aire acondicionado, porque el sol da al departamento a partir de la tarde, pero el resto de días se está muy bien. Aparte de eso, la cama es muy cómoda y grande, el conserje es amable y dispuesto a ayudar, y controla muy bien las entradas. El personal de limpieza es muy atento, amable y hace muy bien su trabajo.
