L'appartement est très bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage, la vue sur des pins est très agréable. Le quartier résidentiel et la résidence sont super calmes. On peut largement passer des vacances sans utiliser la voiture et se déplacer à pied ou en bus.L'appartement est de taille correcte.Par contre, la propreté générale laisse à désirer: des sets de tables et une tasse n'étaient pas lavés, le comptoir du bar était poisseux et de la poussière était bien installée sous la table basse et le lot. Il manque aussi une vraie table pour pouvoir manger à 4 dans de bonnes conditions. Cependant, nous avons passé globalement un bon séjour.

Bel appartement assez spacieux et bien situé. dommage pas de vraie table pour repas (3petites rondes de jardin que nous avons du rapprocher). Balcon petit avec volet encombrant. Ajouter des ventilateurs seraient une bonne idée

Schöne, sehr ruhige Lage

Tolle, sehr ruhige Lage gerade beim Strand Pereire. Bäckerei in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Für Arcachon/Moulleau lohnt es sich, ein Velo zu mieten. Was wirklich fehlt, ist ein Sonnenschutz für den Balkon, da besonders am Morgen zu heiss.

Quelques déceptions

Dans l'appartement, des équipements pratiques non adaptés et d'autres équipements usés, voire en mauvais état ou non réparés. Un système de remise des clés peu pratique seulement à partir de 16h et seulement en agence. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
