Less than a mile from Notre Dame and Warren Golf Course, and just over a mile from restaurants and shopping. Four-bedroom home sleeps 8 comfortably. Large fully stocked kitchen. First floor laundry. Spacious family room with ample seating for watching the big game on a 55-inch tv. Dining room has a large table for group gatherings and games. Open window sun porch makes for a quiet place to retreat with a glass of wine or a good book. Large driveway for parking. The proximity to the University makes it a perfect place for going to the game, campus visits, or visiting professors.

Wonderful Stay

Our group of 6 family members stayed at the house for an event at ND and it was absolutely perfect. Clean, stocked, cozy and welcoming with room for everyone. The location is perfect because it's close to campus but being on the quiet road makes it very peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again.
