This comfortable condo is located in the heart of the Continental Country Club! Come home after a day of adventure to large plush beds, and ultra comfy couches! Enjoy movie night curled up in the front of the fire, or watch the snow fall from the bedroom window! This modern retreat is perfect for a stress-free time for you and your loved ones. Only 10 minutes from downtown and NAU! Far enough to get away from it all, close enough to enjoy it when you want to!

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict `No-party policy`. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-pet fee: We do allow pets for an additional fee. Please ensure your pet is included in your reservation details upon bookings.

Our stay was several days into a 10-day travel itinerary in Arizona. We needed a break, and the ability to do laundry. It was a bonus that this property was so comfortable and quiet. Loved watching a community of deer circling the neighborhood. An easy drive to Flagstaff hot spots. Favorite restaurants were Oregano and Fat Olives.

Open space with terrific views. End unit and open space behind the condo, plus open space next to the parking lot where deer would hang out. Attractive unit, nicely furnished. High ceilings giving spacious environment.

Good location, we enjoyed out visit and loved sitting on the porch in the evening.It would have been helpful to know there were steps up to the living area, we have an older dog and they were a challenge. FYI, the shower glass closest to the faucet leaks, we put a towel down.

Everything was perfect. Communication was perfect, it was a beautiful place. My feedback, get rid of mattresses up in loft, its brutal, you nearly sink all the way down to boards. I slept on couch downstairs. The other feedback is put lights on condo #, at night its pitch black and unless headlights were on it, its not visible. Get light up numbers, or spot light on them. Thank you for letting us stay there.

A hidden gem

We loved staying at this condo. The check-in was super easy. Communication with the owner was clear and transparent. Cleanliness is a huge factor for me, and this place lived up to my standards. We will definitely be staying here again when traveling to Flagstaff.

NAU graduation trip

It was a perfect place for us to use as our base for graduation weekend. We usually camp in our fifth-wheel when we come to Flagstaff but wanted something different for Graduation. This place was perfect, we had coffee in the morning on the balcony and watched the deer graze, the bed was comfortable, and the space was perfect for us. Comfortable and clean!! Had breakfast at the toasted owl just down the street and it was great. We would definitely book again.

Time in the pines…

Located about 15 minutes from NAU’s campus, this little condo provided us with both a vacation from home as well as a place for our college son to spend time with us while we visited. Everything was well equipped. We were able to prepare meals as needed and we enjoyed them at a large table in the family/dining room area. The couches were comfortable and the TV offered every possible channel one could want during the evenings when it was too chilly to be outside. The master bedroom downstairs held a king size bed, which was great. Parking was easily accessible right in front of the unit and the entire place was very quiet.
