Bring your guests and come stay at this brand new home that offers an easy way to relax underneath our beautiful, breezy palm trees.
The home offers an extensive outdoor living space with access to the canal and a private pool, right in the backyard.
There are 10 beds among 4 bedrooms with one pull out sofa in the main living room. If every bed is at capacity, it can accommodate 18 people.
Each room was thoughtfully designed to be functional and is aesthetically pleasing.

Please do not prop exterior doors open. Including the pool bathroom. This drives our electrical bill up.
NO parties allowed. Number of all guests at time of booking or message with changes. Minimum $500 fee for breaking rule. At owner’s discretion

Perfect for our family

We have been coming to Rockport every year for our family vacation for the last 10 years. We pick a new house every year and I have to say, THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT! We will be back for sure 😬

This property was perfect. Our party consisted of 3 families, and a few close friends. There was something to do for each age group, the pool was amazing, the bedroom set up/bathroom number was perfect, and the location was great. Thbedbedroomwaswasamazing.

4th of July Fishing Trip

Great place, I highly recommend it. Upon arrival the house was very clean and fully stocked. The pool area downstairs had plenty of room, shade and seating for the whole family to enjoy. The owner is very accessible for any issues that may arise. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Great home!

We really enjoyed staying at EZ Breezy Beach house. It was spacious, convenient, newly renovated and clean. The pool, kitchen, outdoor space were perfect! The only downfall was very little to no closet space in the upstairs bunk room. It's a minor complaint. I hope to stay at EZ Breezy next time we visit Rockport with a large group.

Fishing Trip to Rockport Texas

We do this trip every year (over 20 years now). First time stay in this house. Overall, we liked the house. The pool was great. There are a few things that could be better. No remote for the downstairs tv or for the fan downstairs (it has one speed - slow). The right side sink in the master bath drains very slow. Only three towels in the master bath for a five night stay and no washcloths. With the tile everywhere the house if very noisy but probable not much you can do about that. Overall great house.

Beautiful property

This house is amazing! We had 10 adults staying on this property and everyone was extremely comfortable! The pool was awesome especially after several hours out on the water fishing. I highly recommend this place! The property manager was very pleasant to deal with and very quick to respond!

Why they chose this property

Our home is located in the wonderful community of Key Allegro in Rockport, TX. We fell in love with this community when we came for a getaway trip here. There is something special about this area, and we hope you feel it too during your stay.

What makes this property unique

The home is located off of the canal. You can bring your fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, or come tie up your boat to the dock for quick and easy access to the bay.
The community is easy to go for walks around town, there are several spots to walk to the water's edge or just around the community and enjoy the ocean breeze. There are golf carts for rent in Rockport and Fulton and plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street.
