It's the perfect home for everyone to come together and enjoy a night in full of cooking, crafting cocktails, and playing games or getting glammed up for a night on the town.
The space:
The home features 2,400 sq ft of luxurious living with a serene & tranquil atmosphere. This charming newly renovated bungalow includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, dedicated business workspace and fenced in backyard. This home is well decorated and fully equipped with all essentials such as cooking supplies, linens, bedding, outdoor grill, washer & dryer, all appliances, surround sound in living room, and much more.
But what do you do at the house?
BBQ at the front & back porches and people watch. Socialize down the street at restaurants such as Heights Bier Garden and Supercia. Wind down on the front or side porch balcony. Kick back, make yourself some popcorn and enjoy a movie in the living room with surround sound.

We love being a host and have been doing this for many years- we now have properties in both Michigan and Texas.
Why they chose this property
We personally live in this neighborhood and love everything about it! We love its walkability, yet you can easily jump on the highway and be downtown, in the med center or shopping within minutes.
What makes this property unique
This is an original 100-year-old + bungalow that has been completed renovated and added onto. We have kept a lot of the original charm that makes the Heights unique but love the space that is has for large parties with each bedroom having their own ensuite bathroom.
