A newly remodeled spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath single family home located in the quiet northwest side of Wausau. This is a friendly and family oriented area.

The main floor features a living room with a 65" HD SmartTV, full kitchen, and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms on this level and both have queen-sized beds. The main bathroom is also located on this level.

You will find the spacious 3rd bedroom on the upper level with a queen-sized bed and a twin bed.

The basement is fully finished with another half bath. The home is approximately 5 miles from Granite Peak ski hill and less than 2 miles from Aspirus Hospital. This is ideal for traveling medical professionals or a family visiting central Wisconsin for summer or winter activities.
