Welcome, We hope this home makes your Nashville stay a comfortable one! This duplex was remodeled 6 years ago. We recently added a FENCED in backyard (not yet in pics). We also offer off street parking. (Large parking pad in the back with 5 total spaces). Located in an established, quiet neighborhood, you'll enjoy being close to the airport, Downtown, East Nashville, Two Rivers Park, The Grand Ol' Opry at the Gaylord and Opry Mills Outlet Mall. Dining is amazing and nearby so eat up! Essentials like groceries, library, the Y, Post Office, etc., are within minutes of this location. Mom & Pop grocery within walking distance.
Have kids? Playgrounds and parks abound!
Close to Briley Parkway, Ellington Parkway and I 65 entrances, you can literally be almost anywhere in Nashville within 20 minutes of this location.

We are retired military and moved to Nashville in 2007 from Wisconsin. We loved the culture and the weather! We managed to convince our 3 daughters to move here too and now Nashville is perfect for us! We spend our time enjoying our grandchildren and friends and working on our house. We are constantly busy and forever thankful for our lives; the good and the not so good. (The "not so good" makes the good even better.) The photo I posted is of my husband and me at TPAC (Tennesee Performing Arts Center) where we went to see the Nutcracker. Great memory!
Why they chose this property
This property is close to all things Nashville and close to our home. We've wanted to purchase it for years and when it came available we jumped on it. We look forward to making improvements year after year and welcoming guests to Nashville.
What makes this property unique
The location!! This property is 1/4 mile from the Briley parkway "on ramp". Once on Briley, you have light to medium traffic which takes you to all the major freeways and parkways. I know because I travel Briley multiple times a day. Great location for getting anywhere in Nashville!!
Also, the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Bordered by the Cumberland, it is wonderfully close to excellent dining, Downtown, East Nashville, The Gaylord Hotel (Home to the Grand 'Ol Opry) and Opry Mills Mall.
