Insgesamt zufrieden

Das Haus war wie online beschrieben. Direkt am Wasser mit einem direkten Zugang vom Haus zum eigenen Steg. Ebenso gab es Gartenmöbel in guter Qualität. Einige davon könnten etwas sauberer gewesen sein. Die Geräte funktionierten alle, allerdings waren sie nicht alle auf dem modernsten Stand. Die Sauberkeit war prinzipiell zufrieden stellend. Allerdings könnte z.B. unter dem Bett oder den Schränken, das ein oder andere Mal gewischt werden. Die Fenster in Bad und Toilette sind leider nicht zu öffnen und die Belüftungsanlage war relativ schwach. Sonst insgesamt waren Bad und Toilette sauber beim Eintreffen. In der Begrüßungs E-Mail steht geschrieben, dass man sich an einem Telefonnummer wenden soll, wenn man vor Ort ist. Es ist nicht ganz ersichtlich, dass es vor Ort keine Rezeption gibt und dass wir in unserem Fall der Schlüssel schon im Haus lag und wir einfach reingehen konnten. Die Damen waren allerdings, wenn man sie erreicht hat, sehr freundlich und konnten auf Englisch, Deutsch und Niederländisch mit uns kommunizieren. Über die angegebene Telefonnummer konnten wir jederzeit jemanden erreichen, und uns wurde auch sofort geholfen, beziehungsweise Informationen weitergegeben, als es zum Beispiel einen Stromausfall gab. Der ganze Park ist sehr gepflegt und mit vielen verschiedenen Spielplätzen ausgestattet, sowie auch der Möglichkeit an einem Strand ins Wasser zu gehen. Ebenso haben unsere Kinder das Schwimmbad mit der Rutsche vor Ort sehr genossen. Wir können einen Au
