The bright 3 room apartment with balcony is located in the immediate vicinity of the Citadel Petersberg (BUGA site 2021).
This is right on the edge of the old town, not far from the cathedral square and theater. The apartment is located in the attic of a 19th century Wilhelminian style house overlooking the citadel.
Public transport is within walking distance of the apartment.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people on a generously sized area of 55 m².

Die Wohnung hält was die Beschreibung verspricht. Wir können sie mit besten Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Einen mini Minus ist der Duschkopf , da er recht kurz ist steht man mit dem Rücken fast an der Wand. Aber sonst ist alles Tip top

Sehr modern und zentral

Superschöne, moderne Wohnung mit allem, was ein Urlauberherz braucht. Die Liebe zur Stadt Erfurt ist unübersehbar. Viele große Bilder an den Wänden mit den schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt ins rechte Licht gerückt. Der Besucher wird überrascht mit lokalen Getränken und einer netten Süßigkeit (auch von einer lokalen Schokomanufaktur). Ein großer Informationsordner enthält alle wichtigen Informationen zur Stadt und Restaurant-Tips. Man ist wirklich schnell in der Stadt und die BuGa ist quasi gegenüber. Vom Wohnzimmerfenster konnten wir das BuGa Gelände (Petersberg) sehen und umgekehrt. Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen war das Parkplatzproblem. Sicherlich spielt die Bundesgartenschau in diesem Jahr auch eine Rolle. Aber Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind quasi reiner Zufall und großes Glück. Am besten das Auto zu Haus lassen, denn man kann die Erfurter Highlights sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn besuchen. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung. (Kleiner Vorschlag für die Vermieter: es wäre super toll wenn in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad es ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten gäbe. Kleiderschränke etc. sind super aber wenn man mal im Schlafzimmer etwas ablegen möchte blieb nur das Bett oder der Stuhl. Ist nicht wirklich schlimm; wäre aber super praktisch für das nächste mal. 😊)

Schicke Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Ich hatte die Wohnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt gebucht und meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Mit den Gastgebern lief alles top, auf Fragen reagierten sie schnell, wodurch sie mir einen früheren Check-In ermöglichen konnten. Die gesamte Wohnung war außergewöhnlich sauber und liebevoll für mich hergerichtet. Auf dem Balkon, welcher an die Küche angrenzt, kann man die Abendsonne genießen - perfekt für ein Gläschen Wein. Die Küche ist mit allem Ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Vom großen Wohnzimmer und dem größeren Schlafzimmer hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Zitadelle Petersberg - TOP! Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten, keine Durchgangszimmer und alles ist sehr hell und freundlich. Wer am Morgen keine frischen Brötchen missen möchte, der geht fix zum Bäcker (ca. 2 min entfernt zu Fuß). Am Abend kann man super bequem in die Erfurter Innenstadt kommen, da alles bequem fußläufig erreichbar ist. Besser geht es nicht! Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es vor der Wohnung in der Straße. Gepäck muss also nicht allzu weit getragen werden. Ich würde jedem diese schöne Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Kurzurlaub in Erfurt

Schöne Wohnung, gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem drin, was man so braucht. Super Lage, die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen!
