This thing needs to be gutted

Omg, bugs,tile and subfloor issues, doors drag on tiles, dead bolt falling apart. Nothing matches but the bedroom. Had to get a chair from the balcony to have a meal with friends.

One major issue

J404 was spotless and roomy, lots of linens and well-stocked kitchen, loved the balcony, and a good location, but the bed totally ruined my back after the first night. Too mushy!! I spent the rest of the week on the sofa. So I have to rate it a 3. Otherwise, I would have given it a 5.

We had a decent water view of Factory Bay and the marina. There is no beach here. We had to drive to one of the 4 public beach accesses and then had to pay to park. Since we have been to this community before, we were aware of this. The resort laundry facility assigned to this unit is small and not pleasant or the cleanest. The unit could provide more practical dishware like cereal bowls and plastic tumblers. Too much ornate glassware taking up cupboard space. Some window treatments, blinds, were broken and difficult to operate. The bathroom could use some updating esp the tub/shower, but water power was good. The hightop kitchen/dining table was uncomfortable as chairs did not fit the table. As well there were only 3 chairs. New sliding patio doors and other windows were new and nice. Plenty of bedroom closet/drawer storage.

My family had nice time at Marco Island. The apartment was nicely equipped, but it needs better cleaning, painting the bathroom and replacing shower curtain.

Great location and view, uncomfortable bed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Angkers Cove and the unit as far as location and view. We were very disappointed with the furniture. It was very worn, uncomfortable. The cushions on the chairs and bed sagged when you sat on them. The mattress sagged and very uncomfortable. My back hurt from sleeping in the bed.

February 2023 Stay

Beautiful view, overall great property and location. J404 is in need of maintenance. Tile was fixed with miscolored grout. Furnished nicely but worn condition. Mattress was awful, gave me a back ache, very worn out. Chairs and couch were soft and worn out. Appliances were upgraded nicely. Shower was excellent. Unfortunately the condition of the mattress took away from our satisfaction.
