We purchased this property because we loved the idea of comfortable one-level living and a place where we could truly relax and enjoy Newburyport.
What we enjoy most is being able to experience everything this beautiful coastal town has to offer. We often walk into town for dinner or a cocktail, and we love strolling along the waterfront with our pups while taking in the scenery.
We hope you enjoy the same charm, walkability, and coastal beauty that made us fall in love with this home.

We love Lime street! Everyone is always walking by to head to the Clipper Trail, pup in tow, kids on bikes and friends just chatting as they pass by.
