The house was nice. The kitchen was difficult to work in (not enough potholders and many non-stick pans but only 1 non-metal utensil). When we asked owners about potholders, they were responsive. The owners were responsive when we had questions.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here for the new year! The home was well equipped with everything we could need, the area is quiet but not completely cut off from civilization which was perfect. We definitely would happily stay here again!
Great secluded home, very quiet. Everything was as advertised. The home was very clean and well equipped. We cooked all our meals here and it was very user friendly. The pups loved the play yard and the deck to lounge on. Also was able to take them for short walks. Perfect spot.
Spent the weekend with siblings and friends. We are a bunch of new mommas that got away to see a concert and wineries. The house is super cozy and updated. The hot tub was great and the area is super private. The owners had towels all set on beds when we arrived and easy directions for check in and check out. They’re quick to respond as well! We very much enjoyed our stay there :)
We had such a wonderful time on our trip. It was mostly our base camp with a lot of time being spent at the bike park but we loved every second. Relaxing muscles in the hot tub. Enjoying the fire pit. Sleeping well. Host was very quick to respond and the notes around the house make it clear as to what the rules are and what procedures are needed to use certain items. Very easy stay. We will certainly be back for more.
It was an excellent place with plenty of space for my and my fiancé's family. The wood stove was really nice and heated the whole place wonderfully. The kitchen was a good size with plenty of amenities. Would highly recommend.
The house was amazing. Pam and Lisa were very nice and had more than we expected in the house. Definitely would stay there again

Jennifer and her guest followed all of the house rules and cared for our home as though it was there’s. We welcome them back in the future. Thank you Jennifer, we are happy to hear you enjoyed our home.
This place was great for our family. We were in the area for a wedding. It had a nice outdoor space. We all loved the beds-the most comfortable beds outside of our own beds! There was an issue with cleaniness, however not the owners fault.
We had a wonderful stay at this house. The owners (Pam and Lisa) were extremely responsive to our questions and needs. Special details were noted such as holiday decorations and take out coffee mugs for the drive home. Would recommend if visiting the area, close to Gunstock, outlets and Lake Winnipesaukee.

Thank you for staying at our home. The home was left in great condition! Thank you for informing us about the downstairs heat. The extra vent will be added to the ductwork downstairs. We hope you return again for a visit.
House was perfect. Plenty of room and very clean. It had all the conveniences of home which is helpful when traveling with children. Owners were super responsive and accommodating to our requests. The house was 7 minutes from the NH speedway which was very convenient for going to the race. Also it is located in a safe location to run or take the kids for a bike ride. We really enjoyed this house and hope to stay again in the future.
Perfect place for a getaway or base. The house is large and has plenty of room. Very clean too! This house is two levels and does require walking up a flight of stairs to get to the main level. If you have mobility issues, just be aware. Lots of natural light. The hot tub and fenced area are great! The couches are cozy, as are the beds. Very private location. Questions were answered quickly too. Would stay again.
The home is well maintained and completely private while being 20-30 minutes from many major attractions. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the house was immaculate. I didn't see the cameras disclosed on the listing, I understand owners needing to keep an eye on their property but a camera pointed at the hot tub for a couples getaway feels intrusive especially without disclosure. I still give it 5 stars as this was the only negative.

Hi Nicole, thank you for the wonderful compliments about our property! Also, I will add the ring cameras on the listing. And an option to cover them for privacy.
This home is very clean and well maintained. It sits back off the road in a somewhat secluded area that's very quiet and peaceful. There were 6 adults in our group, and we all loved that we had spacious accommodations with tons of amenities, and most of all… a lot of coziness. We were in town for a concert at the Bank of NH pavilion (25-30 mins away). During our stay, we were able to go wine tasting, visit Weirs Beach, and dine at the Squam Lake Inn. Everything was fairly close and easy to navigate to and from. Our host (Lisa) was very accommodating and sweet when we had to add an additional night to our stay. We had excellent communication the whole time. Thank you Lisa and Pam for opening your home to us! We will definitely be back!!
Wonderful quiet rural house with lots of amenities
Located at the end of a quiet road (with only one other house nearby) and surrounded by trees, this is a great location, especially since it's close to the lake, concert venue (20 min), Wiers Beach and Laconia. The upstairs walk in shower, (p)leather couches in the living room, nice deck with fire table and other amenities make it feel like a fancy get away spot! Since it's not listed on the website and so it's not a surprise so you can plan for the needed time at departure, be aware that, in addition to the $150 cleaning fee, the check out procedure includes stripping the beds, starting a load of laundry for towels and taking out the trash; none of this is a big deal but we weren't expecting it. The benefits of this comfortable house far outweigh these minor tasks so we would definitely stay again.

excellent feedback, thank you. We feel the trash removal and starting the towels is most important with a 5 hour turn over time. We will remove stripping the beds, excellent suggestion thank you.
We loved the house and had a wonderful Thanksgiving long weekend here. The house is 20 minutes from Concord and about 25 to the Weirs Beach arcade. Laconia is a cute little town for breakfast/shopping. Inside the house, having two floors gave us a lot of space to play and sleep. The smart TV's on both floors were very helpful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub, so nice at night with no noise/sound pollution. You can hear the wildlife moving around out there. We didn't use the wood stove or fire pit, but those are definitely nice options. The large dining room table is very nice to have. The mattresses were very comfortable, I took a picture of the specs before I left, might just buy my own! Communication was great and we were even offered an early check in due to an impending snow storm. A nice perk of dealing with nice people as opposed to a management company. Would absolutely stay again.
My family of four and dog, my brother in law and 2 nephews stayed here for a quick ski weekend at Gunstock! My boys and their cousins claimed the downstairs. Each boy had their own bed and a shared full bathroom. They hung out watching tv and playing video games. There was a refrigerator and sink for snacks and drinks. A large area with a couch and plenty of room to hangout. They enjoyed having their own space together. Upstairs was a full kitchen and two bedrooms with a beautiful bathroom. Double shower heads and sink. Great water pressure. Beds were very comfortable. Large table that seats 8. Television on top of electric fireplace. Out back is a fenced in dog run. So convenient for letting dog out to go to bathroom. Love how well designed this home is. All laminate tile or wood floors which is wonderful for cleanliness as well as leather couches. No dog fur from other dogs. Lisa was absolutely amazing and very attentive to us during our stay even though she was away. We went during a winter storm and she had a person snowplow and clean off deck and was concerned for our safety with the snow. Everything was just perfect! Highly recommend to a large family or up to 8 people. Absolutely beautiful well designed place with excellent owners! Will definitely be back.
The host was great! Anytime I wrote to ask random questions, she was always quick to respond. The amenities were awesome! My family had a great time. The location was perfect!
