We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Branson! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Adam was an amazing host and was extremely helpful with everything we needed during our stay. If you're looking for peace and quiet, a much better deal than staying at a hotel in Branson, ease of navigation to attractions, restaurants, Hwy access, golf, pools, and a safe place for the kids, this is the place. This condo is so nice and comfortable, I wish I lived there. AC is incredible and keeps up on hot days. Since this condo is in a partial basement, it's much more insulated and cozy. Halfway down the stairs to the front door, there's a significant temperature change by at least 10 degrees. This should be an indicator that comfort is close by. There's a really nice guest room just off the kitchen that another couple, kids, or friends can sleep at. There's a small pool close by and just down the hill from the condo. But if you want a bigger pool with more options (salt water, sand volleyball, half basketball court, playground, pavilion, paved walking trail, restrooms, gated pool area, shallow access for the little ones) go to the Forest Park Pool.

The condo was very nice and clean especially on the inside. The communication with the host was excellent and they responded quickly. The price was great and a great area and close to good barbecue and silver dollar city. The only thing I would caution you on, it is on the lower level so you do have quite a few stairs. I may have missed that in the description but I had just had back surgery and my husband is not in good health so we definitely struggled with suitcases. Other than that it was perfect and I would stay again.

Independence Day Getaway

Our family had a great time during our week-long stay over the Fourth of July. Adam was very easy to work with from booking to checkout. The condo was well kept and offered a better quality seating/living area than most of the local condos we've rented. The kitchen was also very well stocked. We would definitely rent from Adam again.
