GUEST ACCESS:

• Full access to farmhouse, detached studio (only if 15 years or older), and the outdoor areas that go with them

• Smart lock check-in (unique code provided before arrival, once the required pre-arrival form is completed)

• Access to bicycles, water sports equipment and lawn games on a first come, first serve basis...please ask us for the storage door key code.

• Camping Corner available May–Oct (separate booking is required and must be 18 years or older)

OTHER NOTES:

• Please read the full house rules before booking to make sure our property is the right fit for your stay/plans

• Quiet hours: 10PM–8AM (no outdoor music past 9:30PM, no fire pit after 11PM)

• Exterior security cameras at front door, patio & garage (active) + noise monitors

• Weekly landscaping crew may be present

• Detached garage reserved for homeowner use only

We recently went back to hosting the property ourselves after having it hosted for a period of time by a property management company (where the property continued to get 5 star reviews under their profile) but that is why there is a gap of time with no current reviews on our profile. :)

HOUSE RULES:

Our Sweet Retreat is meant for singles, couples and families who are looking to enjoy and explore the Wilsonville area and beyond (minimum rental age is 25). We want guests to relax but we also hope to be able to continually provide exceptional accommodations because our guests understand they are to leave our property as they found it...clean, neat and tidy. Children should have fun while under the watchful eye of their parents.

--Completion of a guest information form with verification of government ID and a signed rental agreement is required for your reservation to be finalized. A security deposit up to $500 as an authorized hold on your credit card is also required.

--A guest guidebook will be provided to guests prior to arrival and you must read, acknowledge and adhere to that information during your stay.

--The person named on the reservation will be our point of contact and must be present during the entire stay (unless discussed in advance with us). They are responsible to convey the information found in the Guest Guidebook to other guests staying or visiting and ultimately for the actions of those other guests while at the property during their stay.

--The number of guests specified at the time of booking must match the number of those actually present during the stay. The external cameras will verify the number of guests and you will be billed accordingly if there are more guests than your original reservation states. The maximum amount of guests allowed for each unit is: Farmhouse = 8 guests, Detached Studio = 2 adults and The Camping Corner = 2 adults. The property maximum is 12 guests and this applies to sleeping and/or occupying the property (buildings or grounds). See next rule if you'd like for exceptions to be considered or ask us about our event packages.

--Parties are never allowed (including co-ed wedding party and/or sport team stays). Events, business meetings or social gatherings may be considered but are not allowed without express permission first (additional fee may apply). Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and additional fines.

--Pets are not allowed. We strive to provide a pet allergy-free environment. Sign of pets on the property may result in eviction and a loss of all booking fees and /or loss of your security deposit. If damages occur, guest will be financially responsible.

--No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed. Absolutely, no marijuana or using drugs during your stay. Please drink responsibly and dispose of bottles and cans in the appropriate recycling bins. The internet may not be used for illegal activities. Any violations may result in eviction and a loss of all booking fees and/or loss of your security deposit. If damages occur, guest will be financially responsible.

--Do not move or re-arrange furniture without permission by the owner. Do not use any form of mounting material to hang things from walls, ceilings, etc. No candle burning, we provide flameless, battery-operated candles for you to use instead. Do not operate indoor fireplace. Outdoor fire pits have specific rules for operating, if not followed, fines may apply. Firewood is provided.

--Bicycle riding and any water activities on the Willamette River or any other bodies of water are done at your own risk.
