This is the perfect location with easy access to the parks. This property is lovely and amazing. The hosts have thought of everything, down to the smallest details. It is super clean, functional and comfortable.
Wonderful accommodations for our trip to Sequoia and Kings Canyon national parks. The property was extremely clean, communication with the owner was clear and concise, the location was perfect for visiting the parks with a restaurant and market within 1 mile!
Great place to stay. The unit is large (like a studio apartment) and well appointed. Hosts were great. Very close to the park entrance and local restaurants.
This is a hidden gem. I have never seen a place so clean and well taken care of. It is quiet, bed was VERY comfortable and everything was exactly as it said. It is also very close to town and super close to the Sequoia NP entrance. The WiFi was strong, we were able to still do little work and use our phones with no problem. The hosts were very quick with replies, I highly recommend this for 2 people - it was perfect.
We've been back to the Rose Retreat a couple of times now and have enjoyed each of our getaways very much. Lovely, communicative hosts and very comfortable, nicely appointed accommodations just a very short drive to Sequoia National Park. Anytime we're heading to Three Rivers THIS is where we want to stay!
Great accommodations for visiting Sequoia National Park! Room was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The communication from the host was great as well!
The location is unbeatable in terms of proximity to the Sequoia national Park entrance. We appreciated the easy communication with the owner as well as the cleanliness and ease of check-in. The place in itself has a "log cabin" feel and is nicely done, which we felt was absolutely appropriate for a retreat next to a national Park. We'd definitely recommend this to travelers to the National Park!
A great place, the owners live next-door and supply everything you need and check to make sure that there’s nothing left out. The wildlife viewing is spectacular. The birdfeeders are full and the birds are plentiful as well as squirrels. A bear also visited briefly. It was a highlight to see such a big, beautiful animal. I couldn’t say enough about our comfort level at this great venue
Charming duplex in Three Rivers just down the road from Sequoia National Park. The walls are well insulated. We didn’t hear our neighbors in the room next door!
Parking was very adequate and they were several bird feeders attracting beautiful birds, quail, and turkeys!
The room was very clean, cool, and well maintained. The TV had cable and streaming ability. There were treats, coffee, and water for us.
Communication was wonderful! We will come back!
We loved our stay at The Rose Cottage. Everything was as described or even better. The setting was beautiful and relaxing. It was fun to watch the birds at the feeders, even wild turkeys! Communication with Lori the owner was always promptly answered and check in was very easy. Thank you Lori for being an excellent host.
Very clean, perfectly decorated getaway! High end fixtures with cleverly designed bathroom area. Lori was an excellent communicator and was so thoughtful to leave coffee, breakfast bars and snacks. Excellent location just outside the Sequoia Natl Park entrance. Highly recommend for any couple wanting to visit the Park and/ or go rafting down the Kaweah River. A lovely, peaceful retreat.

Beautiful place, looked to be the best in the area❤️
We had a superb stay at this cozy but beautiful suite. The hosts thought of everything, including a personal hand written welcome note, a basket of snacks, and thoughtful touches everywhere in the unit. This was a restful, relaxing place to come home to after a long day of hiking in Sequoia National Park. It’s extremely close to the park entrance but also quiet and secluded. We didn’t have a cell signal here but the included WiFi was fast and effective. Highly recommended for a stay in Sequoia National Park.
This is a great place to stay if you are wanting to visit the Sequoia National Park. The hosts were very attentive, ensuring that we had the best stay possible. They had coffee and offered to help wherever they could during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting.

Great cabin, near park entrance. Cosy and fully equiped. The hosts very very nice and sent all the information ahead of the stay, and even provided a very nice welcoming basket. Definitely a great place to stay near Sequoia NP.
Wonderful and beautiful place ! Access to the park could not be better. The combination of the excellent owners / host with everything else that makes up this property makes it perfect !
As someone who likes newer properties, I was very pleased by how new and clean smelling (like a new car smell) Lori’s property was while still being in a rustic setting! It was a great place to disconnect for a few days and get some hikes in (being so close to the park entrance was a plus). Lori was a great host and provided everything needed. She even had the AC on so we could walk into a nice cool room! We’ll definitely be back!
