The unit was very clean. It was in a good location in uptown Pagosa Springs. Many restaurants close by. We would stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at a 2 bedroom unit, newly renovated and very clean. The unit overlooked the lake which was a surprise bonus and the view was very much appreciated. The grounds and the unit fit our needs perfectly. Close to all of the restaurants and not too far from Wolf Creek Ski area.

More Than Expected

Property was utilized by my son and I for a skiing trip to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Had previously visited Wolf Creek earlier this winter staying at Club Wyndham and had such a good time that we came back. Property was top notch and we even received an upgrade that was not expected. Can't speak highly enough about the Club Wyndham experience all the way around. Thank you Club Wyndham!

Perfect!

Our room was exactly like the photos online although I've heard from other comments that that can be hit or miss. Super clean when we went in. The only complaint is that we could hear the family above us very clearly so pack white noise if you arent okay with being woken up at 6am by kids running and parents yelling. Awesome location with tons of places for food and coffee. Will definitely come back.

Club Wyndham

Good room and rate. Poor communication with host. Reservation and room not what is shown on VRBO site. Took too many extra communications at last minute to correct the reservation and room type.

Good for price

The description did not match what we checked into. This is essentially a condo hotel. At check-in, you are given a condo that is available and not necessarily the one you viewed online. This appears to be a timeshare complex. It was mostly clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of space. I was disappointed because I specifically looked for a Vrbo with a spa/soaking tub. This was listed as an amenity and shown in the pictures. I understand there is a community hot tub, but that is not what we wanted. The cleaning of the bathroom baseboards needs to be addressed. They were full of dust and hair.
