The Rothaarsteig runs directly over the Gerkenstein, and the protected mountain meadows begin directly behind the house. In winter you can reach one of the top ski areas of the Wintersport-Arena Sauerland after only 400 meters. The 68 square meter apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In the living room you will find a couch, 2 armchairs and a dining table. There is also a radio, television and WiFi access. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. The white, modern country kitchen is perfectly equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a separate drying room with washing machine and dryer and a spacious, covered terrace with its own lawn and a great view.
