Very convenient and close to the Granite Mtn. Memorial hike. It checked all the boxes for things we needed. Shower, beds and a place to prepare some easy food. A little dated and layout was odd, but again. Just needed a place to catch some sleep and then hit the road.

We thank you for your stay. I apologize that it felt dated. It does have new mattresses and bedding, but it is an old place. Those shacks that are there are actually historical from the mine that was there. It is a very cool place, but has been there awhile. We again thank you for choosing us and I hope that you and your son enjoyed the hike.

Why they chose this property

This small mountain town is quaint and beautiful. The views and hiking are great. There is a local American Legion and a couple small restaurants. We are located minutes away from the Arizona State Park Granite Mountain Hotshots Memorial.

What makes this property unique

This great clean open bunkhouse is heated with propane stove, has a propane range, small refrigerator and sink, with a patio and gas grill. There is a large tv in the living room and a small tv in each room.
Both winter and summer tend to be mild here. We are located 35 miles from down town Prescott and 24 miles from downtown Wickenburg.
