We had a wonderful stay at The Jamaica House while gathering with family in Kingman to celebrate my dad’s 90th birthday! The home was very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The beautiful patio was a highlight, with an outdoor TV, pool, and built-in BBQ that made it the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together as a family. Leonard was very communicative and we would absolutely recommend this home to others and would love to stay again!

Leonard and Dulce were extremely prompt with communication. The Jamaica House was immaculate and had just the right amount of kitchen gadgets to make meals. It was in a quiet and quaint location. The stay was outstanding and we will definitely book this place when we make our way back to Kingman!

We absolutely LOVED this house and cwey highly recommend booking it! The house is very clean, bedrooms comfy, the pool, though small in size, is decorated with a beautiful mural, and there's lots of space and seating inside and out. For our group of 4 grownups and 2 kids, it was simply perfect. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dining space, so cooking and eating dinners was a breeze. The location is also excellent, with Route 66 around the corner, Hoover Dam and Las Vegas 1.5 hour drive away, and Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Sedona within a day trip distance. Definitely put this property and Kingman on your itinerary!
