Designed for a stress-free move in ready experience, you can expect a space that is truly clean and inviting with All the Amenities You Need!
Recently renovated building with 4 units; 2 on each level.
Almost 700 sq foot private one bedroom apartment suite with vast windows for sufficient sunlight.
Window treatment is also present for those requiring a darker ambiance, with black out curtains in the bedroom.
Your suite is just adorable and known by guests as being "beyond clean" and simply homey and inviting, ideal for a small family or couple. You will be assigned suite 1E or another available suite, all of which are recently renovated and near identical.
Coin laundry is the only thing that is shared but has light traffic. All else [with the exception of the main entry to the actual building] is indeed private and the entry door to your apartment suite is for your entry only.
The building is monitored by audio/video surveillance [in common areas only.]
This is a secure building, usually very quiet and primarily housing traveling professionals. It is Not at all ideal for partying and is most ideal for a single traveler, couple or family of three.
Because we are near a hospital, sirens may be heard periodically but a sound sleep is expected; there should be no interference in your rest no matter the time of day or night you choose to sleep.
We have listings on other platforms. If additional nearby accommodation may be needed you can simply let us know your budget for the duration of your stay along with dates, amount of people and once we CONFIRM Availability of any additional unit(s) you can go ahead and book this unit with us here and we can handle additional accommodations later once contact information is visible [appears once booked.]
*For the health and safety of our staff and guests, we have a strict No pet/animal-policy, No exceptions. Smoking and vaping can be done outside, not within the building. Picnic seating is provided in the rear in addition to a BBQ grill.
