Marcos property is well appointed in a nice building.It is safe and the parking is good. Miraflores is a beautiful neighborhood. The views are spectacular.

Gorgeous views from a great building. Excellent amenities, plenty of towels but we warned there is no a/c for us Americans and the 4th bedroom is on the ground floor. Highly recommend this communicative renter

Wonderful location

We spent our first 3 days in Lima enjoying the lovely location and space in the condo. We were a family of 4 (with two teens) and were travelling with another couple. There was plenty of room for gathering & for privacy. Having the ability to do laundry was a bonus. The condo was were exactly as pictured in the photos, and the owners were excellent at communicating via WhatsApp. I would highly recommend for location, cleanliness and sauce to gather in the evening.

We had an amazing experience staying at this waterfront condo in Lima. The location in Miraflores is unbeatable—close to everything we needed, yet tranquil and secure. We loved being within walking distance of Parque Kennedy and El Faro, and just a short drive to the Larcomar Shopping Center and Waikiki Beach.One of the highlights of our trip was the abundance of kid-friendly playgrounds nearby. Many of them offered stunning ocean views, and our 5-year-old daughter had the best time playing while we soaked in the scenery.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The security was excellent—there was a doorman present at all times, which gave us great peace of mind.Our hosts, Mr. Bueno and his wife, were truly wonderful. They greeted us on arrival, gave us a tour of the property, and even left a thoughtful guide with recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel so welcome!If you’re planning a visit to Lima and want a home base that combines convenience, safety, and comfort, we highly recommend this property. We will definitely return !
