Superstition Mountains Modern Getaway

Modern newly built home at the base of the Superstition Mountains in Apache Junction.
Great views of both the majestic mountains nearby and the city lights at night. Just minutes from the Lost Dutchman State Park and less than 2 miles away from The Paseo event venue.

*No parties/events without prior approval.* We usually say yes but ask for you to provide some details and ask permission beforehand. We also have a small event fee if you're hosting more than a large family dinner (25 + people, catered, etc.). We might even have some vendor recommendations for you if you need those kinds of things.

Open concept living, kitchen, dining area. Kitchen is fully loaded with all the appliances (ice maker, air fryer, dishes, blendtec blender, etc.). Grill on the back patio is available for use, however the backyard is still under construction.

The Primary suite has a king sized bed, large smart TV, en suite bathroom. Room 2 has a Queen bed and office area. Room 3 has a Queen bed as well.

Laundry has washer and dryer on site. Full-sized washer and dryer.
Soaps and starter amounts of paper products included.
Enough parking for 7 or 8 vehicles!
No extra fees.

Two car garage available for parking and the RV garage is AC controlled with water hookups and 220 electric. You're welcome to bring your RV and hook up as well, sleeping an additional group if needed. Please discuss this option with us as we don’t mind accommodating, just like to be informed.
