Spacious holiday home with 1600 sqm of land in the heart of Smaland, pets OK

Typical Swedish 'villa' on a beautiful approx. 1600 sqm plot with fruit trees. In summer 2017 we built a spacious (approx. 35 sqm) wooden veranda behind the house. A huge lounge corner for up to 10 people is now ready for use (July 2018 / s. Photos).
The living space is approx. 145 square meters and has a kitchen with 4 hot plates, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and cutlery for up to 12 people, pots, pans etc. A spacious living area and a bathroom with toilet and shower are on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms (large bedroom: 2x90x200cm double bed (can be extended with a guest bed provided to a 2.60x2.00m family lawn), bedroom 2: bunk bed (80x200cm above / 140x200cm below, bedroom 3: double bed 2x80x200cm) and another bathroom with a large corner bath. There is a TV (LCD 42 ") / satellite system with German channels, DVD and Blue Ray players for cozy evenings and a Playstation IV with a few games. A stereo system is also in the house. A washing machine and dryer are available. The terrace in front of the house offers a cozy dining area. A sufficiently large grill is available, an open fire pit (please inform yourself in summer whether open fires are allowed - sometimes this is prohibited in dry conditions) in the garden and several bicycles are also available for free use. The existing Canadians can be used for a small usage fee (15 € / set per stay). The set includes a boat, paddle, life jackets, a mash barrel for the safe and, above all, dry storage of water-sensitive objects as well as a two-part roof rack (for roof rails!). We also have an electronic dart board in the shed that can be attached to the outside wall of the shed.
